What we collect

• Payments. When you pay for a service we store your name, a patient reference code, the services you received, the amounts, and how you paid. We use this to produce your receipt and to answer billing queries.
• Enquiries. Messages and appointment requests you send through this website, including your name, contact details and message.
• Newsletter. Your email address, if you choose to subscribe.

Receipt verification

Every receipt carries a QR code. Scanning it opens a public verification page showing the receipt number, date, a partially masked patient name, the breakdown of charges and the amount paid. It does not reveal your phone number, email address, date of birth, medical details or any internal note.

Who can see your information

Only authorised Ideal Labzone Hospital staff can access your records, and only for the purpose of providing and billing for your care. Access to payment records is restricted by staff role.

You may ask us to correct or delete your personal information by contacting us at the email address on this website. We respond to all requests.
